Topo is a cloud-based supply chain platform supporting end-to-end collaboration and execution across areas like sourcing, product development, ordering, production, and quality/compliance, with strong emphasis on transparency and efficiency. Topo also provides an integrated Low‑Code App Builder to create customized workflows, interfaces, and dashboards on top of the core platform.

Role Summary

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will work directly with customers to discover requirements, design solutions, and deliver working outcomes onTopo. You will combine business analysis with hands-on low-code configuration/build, and provide strong functional integration/data-flow analysis to ensure end-to-end processes operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer-Facing Discovery & Solution Design

• Lead requirements discovery with customer stakeholders; facilitate workshops to define scope, success metrics, priorities, acceptance criteria.
• Provide best‑practice business process guidance, advising customers on optimal & scalable ways to achieve outcomes using Topo’s platform, challenging legacy approaches where appropriate.
• Perform fit-gap and impact analysis, recommending solution options and trade-offs that balance value, complexity, and maintainability.
• Translate needs into clear deliverables: user stories, process flows, functional specifications, data mappings, and traceability.

Low‑Code Build & Configuration (Core)

• Build customer solutions using Topo’sLow‑Code App Builder, including activities such as template design &creation, workflows, business rules & validations, notifications, and role-based user management. Iterate quickly based on customer feedback
• Break down complex problems into actionable tasks that more junior roles can support to fulfil where applicable.

Integration, Data Structure & Flow (FunctionalOwnership)

• Define functional integration requirements and document end-to-end data flow across Topo and connected systems (interfaces, triggers, mapping rules, validations, and error-handling expectations).
• Partner with engineering team to design data structures & models and create field-level data mapping with reference data definitions.
• Support investigation when technical teams receive errors by providing reproducible scenarios, expected vs actual behaviour, and business impact.

Testing, Go‑Live Readiness & Support

• Define & plan test scenarios, test data guidance, and support SIT/UAT; triage defects and coordinate fixes with engineering.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting: triage, analyse (process/config/data/integration), and coordinate resolution; identify enhancement opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years as a Functional Consultant /Business Analyst / System Analyst for SaaS or enterprise platforms (supply chain strongly preferred).
• Strong BA toolkit: facilitation, requirements, process mapping, functional specs, acceptance criteria, documentation.
• Strong SQL for analysis and issue investigation; solid understanding of data structures and system-to-system flows.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills; able to translate between business and technical audiences.
• Nice to haves:
  • Demonstrated ability to build solutions in low-code environments (workflows, forms/screens, rules, dashboards) and learn platform tools quickly
