During his tenure as Chief Engineering Officer for an American high-volume sourcing business, Benjamin found himself with a problem: How to gain real-time insight into non-automated manufacturing and make the information available? This question led to the founding of Topo Solutions in 2012 which then grew into the most flexible data collection and processing platform on the market with a focus on supply chain. With more than a decade of experience in manufacturing and technology, Benjamin has an unparalleled ability to deliver efficient solutions by bridging business and technology. He holds a master’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, writes software for more than 25 years, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has been working on lean transformation projects in China.

Benjamin is fluent in English, German and French and has been living in Asia since 2007.

Tobias has a decade of experience in retailing and supply chain. Having worked in buying, e-commerce and sourcing roles for one of the largest European multi-label retailers and online platforms he has seen the entire value chain – all the way from manufacturing products to selling them to consumers online and offline. Digital Transformation, Business Process Optimization and Change Management are some of his focus areas. Due to his streamlined processes and completed projects he achieved not only substantial cost savings but also boosted top line growth for his previous organizations. Tobias holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration with majors in Retailing and Organizational Management & HR as well as a master’s degree in Marketing Management. He studied in Europe, America and Asia which makes him highly aware of differences in working cultures and target markets. Bhavna is a passionate technologist who believes that in a connected society, technology is changing the way we do everything, ranging from simple everyday tasks to the way we do business.
Bhavna has 12 years of experience in driving and executing Technology Projects across varied industry domains and technology stacks. She has applied skills across software development life cycle phases including Production Support.
Bhavna has a breadth of Industry experience, primarily in Financial Services, Retail, and Digital Marketing. For over 6 years, Bhavna has worked as a Delivery Manager for Retail Loans Technology in leading international banks, where she was responsible for vendor products’ implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvements. She worked closely with business, operations and sales teams, helping them in technology transformation and automating manual work. There is no experience quite like managing critical technology implementations in a banking domain with time constraints and no margin for error.

Her current focus is DevOps, in order to optimize the Delivery Life Cycle and establish continuous integration with operations.

With her years working in Global Sourcing Office for one of the biggest retailers in France, she understands the whole supply chain from planning, manufacturing to retailing and how important it is to transform the supply chain in the digital world for a fast, efficient and accurate process. Growing up in Vietnam with a bachelor and master degree in Hong Kong and the USA, she has strong awareness of different working cultures and markets. With her customer-centric mindset, Maddie will ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact to the implementation process as well as product support after onboarding.

Akhil has a bachelor’s degree in information systems, finance, and marketing. He works as a project manager at Topo Solutions. Akhil’s key strengths lie in project management, product development, customer relations & account management. Furthermore, Akhil believes in working with clients closely pre and post-implementation, as well as during, to ensure they are satisfied with the product. Irene came to Hong Kong from Indonesia to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. Having worked at a freight forwarder, she saw how complicated the supply chain could be. There are countless stakeholders involved and various procedures to go through, not to mention the constant changes happening in this industry. Irene is excited to work with our clients, believing that technology is the solution for them. With her experiences in client-facing roles, Irene will ensure that the best will be delivered to clients through understanding their problems and how their processes could be further enhanced.

Gonzalo has experience implementing and supporting cloud ERP solutions, in a wide variety of industries across APAC, including manufacturing, trading, and retail, R&D, F&B, engineering services, among others. Toby’s passion is to develop and maintain high-performing partnerships with global clients, ensuring project milestones are established within the framework of the overall objectives, while simultaneously adding value and digital innovation to an ever-changing technological landscape. With 5+ years in product development and procurement experience for international listed companies, Toby brings a comprehensive set of knowledge in the supply chain, ranging from product design, prototype testing, mold engineering, quality control, optimized production schedule, and sustainable manufacturing practices and pricing.  Toby studied in the United Kingdom for his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and holds a BSc degree in Psychology and an MSc degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Communication, specializing in branding and corporate communication, Natalie began her career in sales and consulting for the Luxury Fashion & Beauty industry in Europe. Five years ago she decided to move to Hong Kong to continue her career, where she emerged into the Logistics and Tech software industry.

Natalie has extensive experience managing campaigns on multiple e-commerce platforms, advising logistics for companies and brands, and ensuring the smooth optimization of all her client’s operations around the world. Throughout the years she has worked together with reputable brands within the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Having grown up in several European countries, those being Holland, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Spain, Natalie has shaped her ability to quickly integrate into new environments, communicate effectively in foreign languages and develop cultural awareness. Paul is an experienced, hands-on software architect deeply involved in the architecture, design, and implementation of service-oriented architectures, microservices architectures, and distributed systems. He has been in the software industry since 2005, and delivered high scalable architectures for large enterprise organizations, and has built solutions for power-plants, pension funds, ERP, tv broadcasting, education, network connectivity, real state, and gaming. Paul is extremely passionate about best practices & domain-driven-design and turns coding into an art form. At Topo, he architects a revolutionary way of writing software based on human experience in software design since the moon landing.

Roman is a mechanical engineer turned programmer with over 8 years of developing experience working for companies like Gazprom Bank, Petrosoft Inc. and Vidillion Inc. Being exposed to factories and supply chain operations prior to becoming a developer, Roman recognized the need for a solution to digitize supply chain processes and therefore joined Topo Solutions as a full-stack developer.

Jeffrey is a software developer in Topo mainly focusing on frontend development. Before joining Topo, he worked in an international company building HMI for large-scale systems, this gives him a lot of experience to build products with good quality and good user experience. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Krish’s passion for supply chain prompted him to pursue his bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Information Systems at HKUST.

Krish has gained experience within the tech field, having worked as an account manager at a logistics tech SaaS, as well as working as a systems analyst in the commercial intelligence department of a multinational shipping company. He has also gained a better understanding and appreciation of complex supply chains during his experience working for the buying office at one of the largest e-commerce companies in the EU. Through both his studies and work experience, Krish understands the importance of digital transformation and automation within a supply chain. This combined with his strength in technical project management gives Krish the capabilities to assist our clients in transforming their own supply chains with Topo.

For Yeeny, the best part of working in this space is being able to guide her clients from start to finish of the implementation. Jana is the Managing Director Hong Kong & South China at Rhenus Logistics, one of Germany’s biggest logistics groups. In her earlier career she worked in various roles in Europe and Asia in Logistics Consulting, 3PL and also gained experience in Private Equity deal structuring. She brings extensive knowledge of supply chain organization, strategic planning and business development. Jana holds a master’s degree in Chinese Studies, Economics and Business Administration from Humboldt University Berlin and Fudan University Shanghai.

After graduating with a law degree, she started her career as an Investigator in the legal industry. Then, her passion for writing encouraged her to complete a Masters degree in International Journalism, where her interest in news reporting, conflict resolution and sustainability flourished. After a short period of teaching in Asia, she then worked as an English Copywriter for a HK-based technology company.Jangira has extensive experience working in customer service roles, ensuring the customer experience is seamless and consistently positive. Stanley started his career as an analyst programmer in a robotics company, and he found his passion in software development since then. He has worked on multiple robotic projects, such as automated guided vehicle that deliver goods and robotic arm that do welding in the construction site. On the development side, he strives to follow best practices as he learned that a well structured code will not only make an application more robust, but also necessary to build a scalable solution.

Garima is a qualified Technocrat (with Distinction) and a dynamic IT Professional. She has over 14 years of rich and professional experience, for evaluation of software for e-commerce, Telecom/Mobile application, Financial services. Stefanie has a BS degree in textiles and over a decade of experience in the apparel/footwear industry having worked for luxury brands as well as mass market manufacturers. She was the director of a pre-production department for a major apparel manufacturer for several years. Quality, testing, compliance, production, and logistics for both raw material and finished goods all fell under her direction. This allowed her to gain valuable experience and develop an innate understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. During this time she was also tasked with managing product compliance as consumer protection laws evolved in the US and abroad. After leveraging digital solutions to help manage some of these processes on the business side, she made the move to technology permanently in 2014.

Stefanie has worked with customers to help them streamline business practices and overcome challenges through workflow definition, process improvement, and guided them toward a digital transformation. She has successfully worked with PLM, ERP, BI and Supply Chain Management platforms but  been focused on supply chain management and ESG compliance over the past few years as legislation and consumer engagement on these topics has intensified.

Worked and studied in Austria, he started as an in-house consultant for business applications for an international wholesale trading company, for their self-developed ERP system. Born and raised in Myanmar, Wai Yan came to Hong Kong to pursue his bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering at HKU. Wai Yan has gained experience maintaining client business support systems as a System Engineer in multinational IT companies such as Huawei and Wipro.

He developed a passion for building complex yet efficient supply chain ecosystems after recognising a pain point in the non-automated supply chain management process. Wai Yan will ensure that the finest service is provided to clients by comprehending their issues and improving their processes to a greater extent with TOPO.

Eddie is a web developer at Topo. Before joining Topo, he worked at a well-known Hong Kong-based digital consultancy and helped organizations with the digital transformations of their business processes.

Eddie lived abroad briefly, in Boston, Massachusetts, during his college years. He majored in Business Analytics but discovered a profound interest in web development.

Having worked across several industries, he started out as a Data Analyst for a vendor company. Prior to joining Topo, Ian honed his skills in various sectors including FinTech, InsureTech, and Logistics, building products that provide significant business value by simplifying users’ lives. He is a firm believer in understanding the business domain and applying domain-driven design to develop user-friendly and scalable software applications that benefit both end-users and software engineers.
